Photos you process through website tools remain yours. Nothing leaves your browser. When you use the iPhone app, you retain ownership of your photos; we do not use them to train models.

Lawful editing

You are responsible for the photos you upload or edit. Only edit photos you own or have permission to edit. This applies especially to watermark removal, text removal, and object removal features on the website or in the app.

App Store

The iPhone app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. The App Store’s terms apply to your download, purchase, subscription, and refund rights. Magic Retouch is not affiliated with Apple. App Store is a trademark of Apple Inc.

Disclaimer

The website and tools are provided “as is” without warranty. AI results are not guaranteed to be perfect and may need touch-ups. Do not rely on browser-based tools for archival or regulated workflows.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudLoom LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the app.
