Summary

This policy explains what data Magic Retouch collects on this website and in the iPhone app, how we use it, and how you can contact us. It does not replace the App Store privacy nutrition label, which reflects the app’s current behavior.

Data we collect on this website

• Analytics (only after consent): if you accept the analytics prompt, Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel record events like page views, App Store button clicks, tool completions, scroll depth, FAQ opens, and language switches. Events are keyed by market and page — never by uploaded filenames or photo contents. Mixpanel Session Replay is disabled.
• Search Console: Google Search Console aggregates search queries that landed on our pages. We use it to improve titles, descriptions, and topical coverage.
• Referrer and campaign identifiers: standard UTM parameters attached to App Store links so we can measure which pages drive downloads.

Browser-based tools

Free tools on this site (HEIC to JPG, PNG to JPG, WebP to PNG, resize, crop, compress, EXIF removal, color picker) run entirely in your browser. Photos never leave your device and are not uploaded to any server owned or operated by us.

The Magic Retouch iPhone app

Some AI tools inside the app process photos on our infrastructure so the AI models can produce a good result. When that happens, photos are transmitted over TLS, processed for the specific edit you requested, and not used to train models. See the App Store privacy label for the current behavior; we update it when features change.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies until you explicitly grant analytics consent. Denying consent leaves the site fully functional.

Legal basis (EEA/UK)

Analytics processing is based on your consent. Support communications processing is based on our legitimate interest in answering your question.

Retention

Aggregate analytics are retained for 26 months. Support emails are retained until we no longer need them to help you. You can request deletion of any support conversation.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of data we hold about you by emailing contact@cloudloomllc.com.

Third parties

The website is hosted through standard cloud infrastructure. Analytics use Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel only when consent is granted. Their respective privacy policies govern how they process analytics data. Browser tool workspaces are excluded from Mixpanel autocapture.
